What is your minimum project size?
We take on extensions, renovations and new builds from around £60,000 upwards. If your project is smaller than that, we are probably not the right fit, and we would rather say so now than waste your time.
Do you use subcontractors for the main work?
No. Every craftsman here is part of our own crew. The same in-house team owns the project from planning through to handover, so responsibility never moves to someone else.
Do you handle planning permission?
Yes. We carry the project from design through planning and into construction, keeping every stage connected under one roof.
Which areas do you cover?
