Terms
These terms apply to enquiries made to Surrey Elite Building Limited (“Surrey Building”). Sending an enquiry does not create a contract for building works.
Our services
We design and build extensions, loft conversions, renovations and new builds. We take on projects from around £60,000 upwards. If a project is smaller than that, we will say so rather than take it on.
Enquiries
An enquiry is a request for a conversation about your project. Any estimate or proposal we provide is subject to a written agreement before works begin.
